Job Description:
An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Arnold, Nottinghamshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers.
This hospital provides acute adult mental health services, delivered in partnership with the area's healthcare trust. They have a Medium Secure Services on site for patients with a learning disability, and are looking to develop other service types in the future.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties:
* Provide a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
* Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
* Contribute to patient assessments, compile a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitor patient progress
* Lead shifts and mentor/support student nurses and team members
* Follow all codes of conduct, standards, legislation, respecting rights and promoting ethical practice

Salary and Benefits:
The successful Nurse will receive an annual salary of £31,500 – £44,648. We have vacancies for both day and night shifts. Benefits include:
