Job Details
* 40 hours per week, between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday, and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays on a rota basis.
* Training for about 4 weeks, from 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
* Post-training learning academy lasting around 8 weeks, with shifts between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday, and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays.

* Handle inbound calls, listen to customers, and tailor solutions to their financial needs.
* Support vulnerable customers with care and understanding.
* Work collaboratively to meet targets and build rapport with customers.
* Engage in continuous learning and development.
* Navigate multiple systems efficiently, with prior experience in system usage essential.
Experience & Skills
* Experience in call centre customer service, fast-paced office, healthcare, or financial services sectors.
* Proficiency in using multiple computer systems.
* Skills in empathy, resilience, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
