Our Team
We are now seeking a talented Mid-Level Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development team in Edinburgh to support and elevate the marketing strategies for our legal and financial services. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth.
The Role
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Social Media Executive. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our legal and financial service offerings. Working alongside the Marketing & Business Development Director, Marketing Manager and wider teams, you will play a pivotal role in campaign management, content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
* Work alongside the Marketing Manager to assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our legal and financial services.
* Support the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
* Develop targeted campaigns to engage key client segments and drive new business.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
* Work closely with the Social Media Executive to develop engaging content to enhance brand visibility for our legal and financial services departments.
* Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
* Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain, update, and optimise the company website.
* Ensure all website content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current campaigns and services.
* Support the implementation of SEO and PPC strategies to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Event Management & Partnerships
* The opportunity to get involved in the planning and coordination of events, including networking sessions, client roundtables, and industry conferences.
* Collaborate with the business development team to maximise event impact and client engagement.
* Maintain relationships with key industry partners and sponsorships.
Brand & Communications
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
* Coordinate and proofread press releases, blogs, and thought leadership content.
* Support internal communications to engage and inform employees about marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as GA4, Hootsuite etc.
* Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Support the marketing team with budgeting and tracking expenses.
Required Knowledge and Experience
* At least 3 years of marketing experience within professional services (legal or financial).
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
* Experience in campaign management and event coordination.
* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in marketing tools such as, Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics, WordPress and CMS platforms.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
