We are seeking a passionate and dynamic leader to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily smooth operations of the restaurant while driving excellence and innovation. Your role will encompass a variety of exciting challenges, including setting sales targets, organizing promotional events, training and motivating staff, managing customer relations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the daily seamless operation of the restaurant, maintaining an efficient workflow between the front of house and kitchen teams.
* Set and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Organize and manage marketing activities, such as promotional events and campaigns, to drive customer engagement.
* Recruit, train, and motivate staff, helping them grow in their roles.
* Handle event orders and ensure all customer needs are met with excellence.
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety within the restaurant.
* Work closely with the head chef and senior management to set operational budgets and manage inventory.
* Oversee shifts and ensure smooth operations across all areas.
* Contribute to the development of the restaurant’s wine and beverage knowledge.
* Mentor staff, encouraging innovative thinking, and fostering a culture of excellence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships within the organization and with external partners.
* Drive long-term organizational goals, focusing on innovation, growth, and talent development.
