As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in delivering HR services across multiple countries in the EMEA region. You'll work closely with local teams and leadership to ensure consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA offices
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Advise on employment law and HR policies across jurisdictions
* Support performance management and employee relations
* Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy
* Collaborate on global HR initiatives and projects
Profile
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a generalist HR role, with EMEA exposure
* Strong understanding of employment legislation across multiple countries
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred
Job Offer
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Sheffield City Centre
Salary: Circa 30,000, depending on experience
