We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motorstore in West Bromwich.
What’s the job?
You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t any kind of sales job — it’s a role that lets you be yourself, showcase your customer‑service skills and enjoy every working day.
As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you’ll be with our customers every step of the way – from the moment they walk through the door right through to offering them a great aftersales experience. The role is all about helping customers find the right car based on what they need and building strong, positive relationships with them throughout the process.

On an average day you’ll be…
* Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
* Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer – going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door
* Building and maintaining lasting, sincere relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
* Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism at the top of your list
* Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles to keep everything running smoothly
* Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer‑experience standards
* Working as part of a dynamic team to ensure deadlines are met and promises are kept
* Staying in touch with customers to offer them a great aftersales experience
The Skills And Qualities You Need
* Fantastic communication, organisation and people skills

* Attention to detail and organisational ability to deliver promises and exceed expectations
* The desire to build a lasting and fulfilling career
* A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
