Male Support Worker – Selby, North Yorkshire
We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic individuals to support a young person in their own bespoke home, helping them live safely, independently, and joyfully.
In this role, no two days are ever the same. You’ll be supporting someone in their first home within the community, making a real difference every single day.
About the Person You'll Support

Position Details
Role: Male Support Worker
Pay: £13 per hour
Shifts: Nights
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time
What You’ll Do
13. Provide high-quality, person‑centred care
14. Support with medication, cooking, cleaning, and daily routines
15. Offer emotional support and promote independence
16. Enable community engagement and activities
17. Empower the individual to enjoy hobbies and learn new things
18. Handle challenging behaviours calmly and consistently

Essential: Mental Health experience
