Job Description
3. Manage and oversee the credit control and accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
4. Implement and monitor credit control policies to minimise risk and maximise cash flow.
5. Conduct credit checks and set appropriate credit limits for new and existing customers.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes efficiently.
7. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable performance and outstanding balances.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
9. Support the finance team with end-of-month closing activities.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the credit function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Manager should have:
11. A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly in accounts receivable and credit control.
12. Experience managing a team.
13. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
