We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cyber Underwriter to join our Regional Cyber underwriting team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to advance their career within a market-leading insurer.
About the job:
You will be part of the Regional Financial Lines & Cyber team, operating under a Global Corporate and Specialty (GCS) underwriting license. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of brokers to provide market-leading service. Your responsibilities include underwriting renewal and new business in line with GCS & Mid-Market strategies. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, as you will collaborate internally and externally to achieve business objectives.
Skills and experience required:
* Knowledge of the Cyber Insurance market, its products, and features.
* Experience in underwriting within Tech, Commercial Crime, or Professional Indemnity is advantageous.
* Qualifications such as Comptia Network+ or equivalent; Dip CII is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Interest in business and macro-economic environment.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers, agents, and clients to drive growth.
