ThePractice Manager is responsible for:
a. Overseeing the day-to-day operations ofthe organisation, ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities
b. Functional management of all clinicaland administrative staff
c. Direct line management of the followingstaff: Administration Manager, Dispensary Manager, Practice Nurses and salariedGPs
d. Managing the recruitment and retentionof staff; developing, implementing and embedding an effective succession plan
e. Key liaison with Primary Care Networkand the PCN Manager
f. Ensuring that all staff undertake arobust induction process, including staff employed via ARRS

i. Implementing effective systems for theresolution of disciplinary and grievance issues
