This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in company secretarial work, corporate governance, and cross-border entity management.
You will play a key role in supporting board operations, maintaining statutory
compliance, and advising on corporate structure and governance matters across a diverse international portfolio.
Experience required:
* Qualified legal or governance professional with experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
* Strong knowledge of the UK Companies Act 2006, UK Corporate Governance Code, and related regulatory frameworks.
* Proven ability to manage complex corporate structures and cross-border compliance.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and entity management systems.
Initial duration to September with possibility of extension. Candidates must be immediately available/ able to start at short notice.
