The Opportunity

As a Business Management Associate, you'll gain first-hand exposure to multiple areas of the business while taking on increasing responsibility, contributing to business growth, and refining the commercial, leadership, and management skills that drive long-term success.

Working alongside experienced mentors, you'll learn how successful businesses operate, how high-performing teams are developed, and how to effectively communicate, influence, and lead others.


Responsibilities include:

* Building strong professional relationships with clients
* Developing communication, leadership, and business management skills
* Learning how to manage targets, performance, and productivity
* Participating in daily training and development workshops
* Problem-solving and handling objections with professionalism and confidence
* Contributing to team goals and campaign success
* Supporting a positive, energetic, and high-performing team environment
* Taking on increasing responsibility as you progress through the programme
