You will be working as a Support navigator/administrator to assist the multidisciplinary clinical team, working in one specified pathway or across pathways in accordance with area / locality structures, You will be working from an office base and be central to the team in delivering administration support.
This post is in a community based team and it is essential that you are able to drive a car and have a vehicle for work purposes with valid UK driving license.
Responsibilities
* General administration
* Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing routine information non-clinical information relating to community appointment
* Methodical organized approach to work with good attention to details
* Ability to use Microsoft Word Packages
* ITT Systems and Software Packages, including Mobius/Q-Flow/SystmOne
* Customer focused with a calm and empathetic persona, good listener, patient and diplomatic.
* Ability to engage with people at all levels (i.e. patients and clinicians)
* General administration tasks, including minute taking, Excel management, appointment booking, answering telephone calls
* Enhanced communications skills
* Day to day organization of the team
* Ability to report on KPI's and auditing
* Understanding clinical systems
