Full-Time School Cleaner
Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Pay: Starting from £13.75 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you reliable, hard-working, and take pride in keeping spaces clean and safe? We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated Cleaner to join the site supervision team at a welcoming and well-respected school in Chorley.
With the team set to expand, now is the ideal time to become part of a supportive and valued facilities team. You’ll be helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the school site, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Duties will include:
General cleaning of classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
Safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Reporting maintenance or safety issues to the Site Supervisor
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in cleaning or a similar facilities role (preferred but not essential)
Be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the school environment
Hold or be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
