My clientis looking for an experiencedPre-Construction Managerto join their team. This is a key role that will see you managing the pre-construction phase of high-end interior fit-out and commercial fit-outprojects, ensuring seamless project planning and delivery.
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to drive pre-construction activities, including tender preparation, cost estimation, and value engineering. You will also oversee the development of project programmes, risk assessments, and compliance to ensure all client requirements and industry standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a client-focused approach. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivering meticulously planned projects that align with timeframes, budgets, and quality expectations.

REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in pre-construction management within the commercial fit-out sector.

* Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, design teams, and internal departments.
* In-depth understanding of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
* Demonstrable problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
