Responsibilities
* Preparing apparatus and resources for Science lessons across KS3–KS5
* Maintaining equipment, materials, and laboratory areas to a safe and organised standard
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and risk assessment procedures
* Supporting teachers during demonstrations or practical investigations where needed
* Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering of departmental supplies
Experience and Skills
* A background in Science (education, lab work, or industry) is desirable
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
* Calm, positive and adaptable attitude
* Training provided for candidates without school experience
