Required Skills & Experience
To succeed as a Nursery Assistant in St Albans, you will need a genuine passion for working with young children, with a patient, caring, and understanding approach, as well as energy, creativity, and a positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop, and strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents, although childcare qualifications, such as NVQ or CACHE, are desirable, they are not essential, as we provide training and support for the right candidates, and a commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education in a fun and engaging way.
