What this is really about
This is a senior, hands-on Marketing Director position for someone who has earned their stripes in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment and knows how to operate at both strategic and executional level without losing pace on either.
You'll own marketing across EMEA which includes campaigns, content, PR, events, thought leadership, partnerships and communications, and will genuinely enjoy being close to the work rather than directing from a distance.
You'll report into Global leadership and carry real responsibility for how the brand shows up in the market.
The clients you'll be working with and presenting to are sophisticated, senior and global. You need to be comfortable in this setting.
This role is for you if
* You've built your career in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment, either agency, media, advertising or technology and you know how to market complex solutions to senior audiences.
* You've led large-scale marketing programmes end-to-end and you're not precious about getting close to the work.
* You're as confident writing a communications strategy as you are briefing a designer or presenting at an industry event.
* You've worked across global or multi-regional teams and know how to hold alignment without slowing momentum.
* You can manage multiple workstreams, budgets and stakeholders simultaneously and still deliver to a high standard.
