Key Account Executive £38,000 - £42,000 Bonus Commission Training Progression Hybrid 25 days holiday Hemel Hempstead Are you an experienced Account Executive with a background in sales, managing key client relationships within an engineering or manufacturing environment, looking for a permanent role where you can take ownership of key accounts, support marketing activities, and play a vital part in a growing, forward-thinking business? The Role Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, resolving issues quickly and effectively. Support marketing activities by contributing to case studies, customer success stories, newsletters, and social media content. Host and represent the company at events, coordinating client visits and site tours. Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align strategy and deliver business objectives. Provide insights from customer interactions to help shape marketing campaigns and materials.
