SRE Technical LeadLocation: Wokingham - Hybrid working (2-3 days onsite)Salary: Up to £120,000 + 10% bonusClearance: Active SC clearance requiredWe have an exciting opportunity for an SRE Technical Lead/Manager to join a major UK critical infrastructure programme delivering large-scale cloud-native transformation at enterprise scale.In this role, you'll take ownership of SRE strategy and platform reliability across complex Kubernetes and OpenShift environments, helping shape engineering standards, operational maturity, and long-term platform stability.You'll work within a modern cloud-native environment leveraging Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitOps, service mesh, observability tooling, and automation-first engineering practices.This is a highly influential role where you'll lead and mentor high-performing SRE teams while remaining technically close to engineering delivery.
