* We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our recognized establishment. We are a small, family run business who work hard to create the best dining experience here at Osteria.
Responsibilities include:
* Working alongside our head chef
* Preparing and cooking fine dining food
* Stock management
* Keeping up hygiene standards
The ideal candidate must:
* Have previous chef experience
* Have experience in a fast paced environment
* Punctual
* A team player
* Able to organize work load effectively and efficiently
* Reliable
* Have time management skills
Working hours would be: Tuesday to Saturday, working 8/12 hour shifts.
