12ab Traffic Management Foreman
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
Hours: General hours of work are 48 hours per week and will include both day and night shift working. In addition to your 48 hours, overtime is also available.
This is a 12-month fixed term position.
Salary: Full potential earnings - £180.96 per shift depending on location and experience, plus benefits and overtime opportunity.

Your role as a 12ab Traffic Management Foreman
As a key member of our team, you will:
9. Assist and advise managers to help schemes run smoothly and efficiently
10. Oversee and coordinate a crew ensuring roles are carried out safely and project objectives are achieved
11. Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses
12. Help and guide new trainees
What are we looking for?
Essential:
13. Qualification: 12a Traffic Management Foreman qualification
14. Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations
15. Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago
16. Safety: Candidates must hold a valid safety critical medical certificate
17. Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results)
18. Attitude: Positive, “can-do” mindset
19. Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail
