Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in South West London. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing clerical support, maintaining schedules, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include handling phone inquiries professionally, ensuring proper documentation, coordinating meetings, and supporting team communication to ensure smooth organisational workflows.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
* Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
* Excellence in Phone Etiquette and customer service interactions
* Clerical skills such as filing, data organisation, and scheduling
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced on-site environment
* Attention to detail and organisational skills
* Knowledge of office management systems and computer proficiency
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in administrative roles is a plus
