Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Blackwood, Gwent

We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Blackwood, Gwent for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
This role offers a 3 or 4 day working week. Full time hours are also available offering 40 hours per week. Part time hours are 27.5 hours per week. There is a 1:4 Saturday rota with no ooh or on call.

The role
14. This is a full or part time role. Full time hours are 40 per week and part time is 27.5 hours per week.
15. The role will involve duties including consultations, surgeries and emergency consultations.
16. The Vet will work alongside two other Vets and a RVN nursing team. The practice is part of a 4 branch site.
17. Flexible working and rota patterns available to accommodate a good work / life balance. EG Rota to work around the school run / holidays /lifestyle.
18. The Vet will be responsible for providing a high standard of veterinary care and customer service.
19. The Vet will be responsible to ensuring that there is excellent communication between themselves and the team and with clients.

22. They are fully equipped with diagnostics including endoscopy, ultrasound, digital x-ray, in house laboratory, imaging rooms and dental rooms, dental machine and separate dog and cat kennel.

30. A full UK driving license would be desirable so that they Vet is able to provide cover when needed at other branches for sickness and annual leave.

34. Salary: Up to £63, pro rata per annum commensurate to experience
