Overview
Eden Scott's client is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join their Operations - Reporting Solutions team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in investment client reporting and a passion for delivering high-quality data solutions that enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of client reporting solutions across investment products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
* Maintain and enhance reporting templates and dashboards, ensuring they meet client and business requirements.
* Utilise Snowflake to manage, query, and analyse large datasets, supporting reporting automation and insight generation.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of CX operations by identifying gaps and implementing tactical solutions.
* Ensure alignment with data governance and compliance standards across all reporting activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in investment client reporting, ideally within asset management, wealth, or financial services.
* Strong understanding of reporting operations and data management principles.
* Hands-on experience with Snowflake and other data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Person Specification
* Familiarity with CX principles and customer journey mapping.
* Experience working in regulated environments with a focus on data accuracy and transparency.
* Strong Excel skills
