We are working with a leading Build to Rent (BTR) operator, part of one of the UK’s largest and most established real estate businesses, to recruit an experienced Area Resident Services Manager to oversee three high-quality residential developments across the Horsham and Brighton area. You will be responsible for leading on-site teams across three developments, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong financial performance, and a vibrant resident experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of multi-site operations, lead high-performing teams, and deliver outstanding resident experiences while driving operational and commercial success.
