We are looking for exceptional people to coordinate the care and support of people going through recovery from drugs and/or alcohol. You will need to have experience of managing caseloads of people and know how to manage risk and minimise harm. You will also need knowledge of substance misuse and related issues, through a previous professional role, academic study or from personal recovery experience. Where: Nottinghamshire (based with our Worksop & Newark team) When: We’re looking to get the right people in to the team ASAP Hours: 22.5 hours per week Salary: £27,449,52 - £31,529,41 Pro Rata dependent on experience As Recovery Coordinator you'll play a vital part in guiding individuals toward positive outcomes by steering their personalised recovery journeys through comprehensive assessment and support planning. Your responsibilities will include managing their involvement in group programs, treatment options, and individual sessions, always prioritising risk management and harm reduction, for people who use substances (in particular opiates). We're seeking someone open, compassionate, and driven to offer exceptional care and support.
