At Southbank, we are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team and help us provide exceptional care and support for adults with learning disabilities.
Southbank is a specialist service offering residential and respite care for adults with learning disabilities. We support seven wonderful individuals across three linked bungalows, including a dedicated respite service. As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in transforming lives. You'll work closely with our residents, developing and delivering creative activities, providing personal care, and promoting independence. Your work will be central to the well-being and happiness of the individuals you support, making each day meaningful and rewarding.
We offer full and part-time hours, including every other weekend, on a flexible rota basis.
Competitive Salary : £11.66 per hour
