Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager for our client’s main dealer site in the Reading area. This is a superb opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to work for a busy and well-established main dealer site, working for a fantastic brand.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the department: daily operations of the Workshop, managing the Technicians / Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, ensuring that the Service Advisors are customer focused and achieve upselling targets, budget and KPI monitoring.
* Work closely with senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met, constantly improving the department and exceeding targets.
* Be a customer service focused leader who works well with staff to get the best out of the department and make the department their own.
Requirements
* Experience running an Aftersales department at a large site, prestige brand, with a track record of successful operation size.
* Proven Aftersales Management background; highest calibre.
* Main dealership experience essential. At least 3 years.
* Relevant systems experience such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, and 1 Link advantageous.
