As the Performance Insight Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing and aligning our operational performance across networks, including year-on-year improvements in line with our upcoming AMP8 objectives.
You will need to coordinate with internal data teams, regional capabilities, and front-line staff to create a standardized view of performance across Leakage, Interruptions to Supply, CMEX, and CRI.
You will be responsible for managing 2 FTE, developing strategies and methods to learn from failures, working with frontline staff, and implementing policies and procedures for the organization’s benefit.
Accountabilities:
* Manage a team of 2 FTE, building the team structure and procedures.
* Familiarize, own, and adopt business systems to enable analysis and learning outcomes.
* Understand our Outcome Delivery Incentive (ODI) deliverables in depth.
* Collaborate across the organization, from senior management to frontline staff.
* Lead the implementation of lean practices to deliver efficiency.
* Quantify and dynamically assess organizational workflow.
Key skills/knowledge/qualifications/experience:
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration, presenting findings, and driving improvements.
* Good reporting capabilities, familiarity with internal systems, and efficient data production for diverse audiences.
* Solid understanding of ODIs and their financial impact.
* Leadership experience in reducing the impact of supply interruptions.
* Operational knowledge of water networks.
This role requires a full valid UK driver’s license. You will be expected to travel across our region to multiple sites to fulfill your duties.
