This is a key post in shaping the future of Administration Services within the Acute & Diagnostics Directorate in NHS Dumfries and Galloway.
The post would involve working between Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Mountainhall Treatment Centre.
The post holder will support and assist the Administration Services Co-ordinator to fulfil their roles and responsibilities by providing high level support and line management responsibilities. They will be required to have had line management experience to support, lead and motivate a team. Be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with a wide and diverse audience. They will play a key part in day to day line management whilst supporting service redesign to deliver a more effective and efficient admin service for both users of the service and those working within the service. It is essential that the post holder is able work on their own, using initiative, as well as working as part of a team. Have the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure work is completed within agreed timescales.
This post will be supported by colleagues, Administration Services Co-ordinator and Administration Services Manager.
