The Vacancy
Our Health and Fitness Assistants help support customers within NL Active facilities to achieve their fitness goals by providing instruction, advice, and guidance. They work in NL Active gyms, supporting customers by conducting inductions, creating personalised programs, setting challenges, and offering continuous encouragement and support. They also ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our gyms, maintaining equipment and keeping the facilities clean and tidy. Additionally, they lead group sessions such as our junior gym program and hybrid workout.
The hours will include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Applicants must hold at least a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, a passion for fitness, and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Training and development opportunities will be available.
