The Role As a Trainee Business Account Manager, you will support the wider team in managing and developing relationships with contractors and key stakeholders across the region. Key responsibilities include: Supporting Account Managers with the management of larger and more complex accounts Working closely with the team to ensure excellent service delivery to customers Helping to maximise market share and opportunities within existing accounts Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer contacts Supporting initiatives to drive business growth within the existing customer base About You To be successful in this role, you will be: Confident communicating with people at all levels across the construction industry Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively You should also have the confidence to build and maintain relationships with: Architects Specifiers Site and Project Managers Buyers Senior Managers and Directors Requirements A genuine desire to build a career in a customer-focused and commercial environment Strong organisational and administrative skills Good IT and computer literacy Full UK driving licence (travel within the region and occasionally across the UK will be required) CSCS card preferred, although this can be obtained as part of the training The Opportunity You will be joining a well-established and growing manufacturing business supplying fitted furniture solutions to the construction sector.
