More About Your Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure, where you will work in a fun, lively environment with like-minded people. You will inspire others to work together and perform at their best, drawing on your experience in fitness (personal and group training) and your ability to engage with people while motivating them to reach their goals in a safe and encouraging manner.
All our Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivering our world-class Group Workout Programme. If you are motivated and driven, our continuous learning and development opportunities can support you in achieving this qualification.
We are looking for Qualified Les Mills, Yoga, Pilates, Boxercise & Aqua Instructors.
Responsibilities
* Deliver group workouts to large and small classes in a fast-paced environment, engaging participants and maintaining attention with charisma.
* Demonstrate strong people skills, prioritise customers' needs, and build personable, meaningful relationships.
* Demonstrate exceptional time management and reliability.
* Maintain an active interest in personal development, keeping up with new trends and industry knowledge.
* Work with customers of all abilities, supporting them through their fitness journey.
* Collaborate as a team to keep facilities clean and safe, adhere to regulations and company procedures, and maintain high standards.
Qualifications
All instructors should hold a qualification suitable for the delivery of our Group Workout Programme. If you lack this qualification but are motivated and driven, we may support you through our development opportunities to achieve it. We are looking for instructors with qualification in Les Mills, Yoga, Pilates, Boxercise or Aqua.
