Assistant / Deputy Nursery Manager - Godalming Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year Start: July 2026 School Staffing Solutions are recruiting a Deputy Manager to join a brand new nursery setting in Godalming. Key responsibilities: Support the Nursery Manager in running daily operations Lead and support staff teams to deliver high-quality EYFS practice Ensure a safe, stimulating, and child-focused environment Contribute to staff training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development Requirements: Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification with deep EYFS and Ofsted knowledge. At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong background in supervisory and leadership roles. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff, families, and community stakeholders. Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements, including health, safety, and safeguarding protocols. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth daily operations. Leadership experience, with a passion for developing teams and promoting continuous professional growth.
