Supplier Governance Senior Manager – Salary circa £70,000 DOE

A bit about the job:
You’ll join our Customer & Marketing (C&M) Governance and Assurance team, supporting the senior leadership in ensuring our supplier relationships and internal processes meet Aviva’s high standards for resilience and compliance. You’ll lead governance and assurance activities across our supplier landscape, design oversight frameworks, and collaborate with teams across the business to embed best practices. Your work will help protect our customers, meet regulatory obligations, and support Aviva’s strategic goals.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in risk management, with specific knowledge of supplier governance or operational resilience.
* Good understanding of UK regulatory requirements, including outsourcing, operational resilience and business continuity.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience preparing reports for senior leadership or board-level review.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead change in a complex, fast-paced environment.

* Salary circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
