Chineham, Basingstoke based with periodic travel across the network | Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours
This role sits at the centre of the HSE function, ensuring that information, records and reporting are accurate, timely and well-governed.
You’ll coordinate HSE data and administrative activity across multiple sites, acting as a key point of control for HSE reporting, assurance activity and documentation. While reporting forms part of the role, the emphasis is on maintaining strong foundations — ensuring the right data is captured, validated and presented consistently.

Your impact
* Act as the primary owner of the Insurance Claims, Occupational Health, and Safety shared inboxes, managing high volume enquiries quickly and accurately
* Triage incoming queries to subject matter experts or resolve issues directly to maintain safe and efficient operational continuity
* Use Microsoft Excel confidently to produce accurate, insightful, and timely HSE data reports
* Serve as the primary point of contact for updates to the Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring consistent, compliant, and controlled document management
* Implement SMS changes in line with approvals from the Health, Safety & Sustainability Leadership Team
* Provide high quality administrative support to the Head of Central HSE, contributing to effective coordination and prioritisation across the function
* Streamline administrative processes to enable site-based HSE Managers to focus on frontline safety
* Take full ownership of end-to-end HSE administration and reporting processes across the network
* Build strong and influential partnerships with HSE specialists and wider operational teams
* Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, modernise, and improve administrative workflows
* Produce daily “Flash” reports for Leadership, weekly scorecards, and month end reporting, including site risk profiling
* Monitor audit completion, track safety alerts, and complete RIDDOR reports where required
You’ll bring:
* Strongbackground in administrative or coordination roles involvingdata and records
* HighproficiencyinMicrosoft Exceland standard reporting tools for data validation
* Methodicalapproach, keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities across a multi-site network
* Experience building intuitive dashboards or routine reports that turn data into actionable insights
* Priorexposure to HSE, risk management, or regulatory compliance environments
* A background in multi-site or large-scale logistics/operational organisations
