IRecruit4 are currently seeking an efficient administrator to support a busy HR Team. The role is to provide administrative support across the organisation and ensure the smooth operation of front desk activities. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, requiring a professional and welcoming demeanour. Welcoming visitors into the building Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Order and manage office supplies and inventory. Support three teams with administrative tasks including travel arrangements. Handle visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor passes. Organising lunches for meetings and conferences with external caterers, both internal and external where appropriate Managing the training aids on behalf of the L&D Department Booking accommodation for internal training / induction Assist in organising company events or meetings Coordinate meeting room bookings and set-up for external customers Maintaining professional & harmonious working relationships with all colleagues, customers, clients, agents and third party business partners or representatives of the Company We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and someone who will be used to dealing with multiple tasks and working under pressure, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel is also required.
