Day Centre Coordinator - Burton on Trent
Salary: c. £24,600 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
In partnership with a respected care provider, I am seeking a committed Day Centre Coordinator to lead services for adults with dementia, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), learning disabilities, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and supervise support staff
* Deliver engaging, person-centred activities tailored to individual needs
* Ensure compliance with care standards and health & safety regulations
* Manage referrals, transitions, and transport coordination
* Maintain accurate records and support staff development
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Experience of coordinating or delivering care in a day centre, domiciliary, or residential care settings
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
* Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards)
* Basic IT skills (email, documents, care systems)
This is a full-time role with a varied weekly schedule, including Saturday working hours. Ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic care environment and is passionate about improving lives through meaningful support.
