DUTIES Your duties as the Pizza Chef include: Food Preparation: Prepare and cook pizzas using fresh, high-quality ingredients in line with established recipes Kitchen Operations: Work efficiently within a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment Quality Control: Ensure consistency, taste and presentation meet required standards Hygiene and Safety: Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety compliance Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery Equipment Care: Use and maintain kitchen equipment responsibly and report any faults Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and support stock rotation to minimise waste CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar kitchen role Proven experience of working within a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen A passion for food preparation and working with fresh, high-quality ingredients Excellent teamwork and communication skills A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude Strong understanding of food hygiene and health and safety standards HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
