Overview
Medtronic is a global leader in medical device innovation, focusing on neuromodulation solutions such as Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), and Intrathecal Drug Delivery pumps (ITDD). We seek a District Sales Manager (DSM) in London to lead a high‑performing sales team and drive growth across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, pain management specialists, and healthcare providers to drive product adoption and Medtronic advocacy.
* Foster a high‑performance sales culture through motivation, accountability, and continuous professional development.
* Collaborate with key account stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored pain therapy solutions.
* Partner with marketing and clinical teams to support product launches and physician education programs.
* Manage district budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize opportunities.
* Travel extensively within the district.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field (preferred).
* Medical device sales experience in a sales management or leadership role.
* Experience working with healthcare professionals in a clinical environment.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare reimbursement landscape.
* Demonstrated success in developing high‑performing sales teams.
* Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and drive execution.
Compensation
Competitive salary of £73,200.00 – £109,800.00, inclusive of an annual long‑term incentive plan.
