REF 107 – CARE HOME MANAGER – MEDIUM SIZED RESIDENTIAL CARE/DEMENTIA SETTING - £UP TO 55,000 – HOVE AREA
Forest Care Selection are currently working with an established independent provider who are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee their residential care home with a Dementia specialism in the Hove area.
This provider is seeking to appoint a Registered Manager to continue to develop the home which enjoys full occupancy and staffing levels.
The Registered Manager in Hove will:
* Oversee the running of this established home and ensure it’s continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Lead, develop, train and motivate an established staff team to continue to deliver the very highest standards of care.
* Have full autonomy on the running of the home with support from the senior leadership team.
The Registered Manager in Hove will need:
* Experience of holding registration for Elderly care or nursing home settings.
* Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Ideally experience in a Dementia specialist setting.
* Good organisational and staff management skills.
* The drive and motivation to run an established home with full autonomy.
In return the successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of up to £55,000 and the opportunity to develop a well-established residential care home.
