About the Role
We now have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to provide hands on support to the Building Fabric Team within Diamonds Installation & Facility Management (IFM) Group, to carry out maintenance, repairs and upgrades to various parts of the building structure.
The role will include carrying out building fabric maintenance, surveys, inspections, fault diagnosis, problem solving, and upgrades to include: Gutters; Brise Soleil; Multiple types of flooring; Suspended ceiling systems; Fire barriers; internal and external Decoration; Steelwork; Handrails; Walkways; Build...
