Responsibilities
:
1. Ensure that the necessary regulatory andernance requirements for the firm.
2. Provide advice and guidance to the Head ofpliance, Risk and Internal Audit, ExCo, managers and the operation.
3. Set and monitor polices against regulatory requirements and providing pro-active support for the delivery of the business objectives of the grouppanies and to undertake quality assurance activity.
4. Maintain a good knowledge of PRA/ FCA and other regulatory requirements and interpret various rules to formulate and propose solutions appropriate to business requirements.
5. Providepliance advice, guidance, quality assurance and training to staff to ensure that effective policies and procedures are developed and maintained in order to promotepliance with all appropriate regulations.
6. Develop and reviewpliance manuals, policies and procedures, and associated documentation.
7. Manage the producternance process.
Job Requirements:
8. Minimum of 2 yearspliance experience working within an FCA regulated Insurance business.
9. Strong knowledge of the FCA rules and regulations.
10. CII qualification, preferable.
11. Excellent interpersonal skills.
12. Goodmunicator,fortable dealing with all levels of staff.
