Job Posting Title: Digital Product Executive, 12 Months Fixed-Term Contract Req ID: 10123810 Job Description: About the Role & Team We are looking for Digital Product Executive to support planning and coordination of digital production across Disney Destinations International (DDI)/Parks platforms, via strong partnerships with local/global teams and providing support to Digital Product Owner when briefing local DDI digital team and shaping requirements within Agile methodology. You will have input into digital and technology roadmaps and will need to ensure all stakeholders are aligned to their vision contributing to digital strategy, and partner with local/global teams to maintain high standards for on-platform content and functionality. This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home. What You Will Do Work with local/global teams to help manage on-platform digital production Gather stakeholder requirements, develop solutions within technical limitations, translate input documents into briefs and create associated JIRAs in the product backlog. Highlight errors, omissions or inaccuracies to the stakeholder, so that tickets are complete when brought to shaping Communicate briefing deadlines for future releases based on sprint cadence to allow for planning by stakeholders Based on agreed roadmap, support around prioritising items in the product backlog and manage sprint planning/releases, including dependencies Attend the shaping meeting with development team to help estimate (e.g. story point) features, and manage the Icebox when info/assets are missing Attend Agile ceremonies (Retro, Show & Tell, stand-ups, etc.) Showcase completed work and communicate to relevant stakeholders Areas of Accountability Accountable to Digital Product Owner and Senior Manager, Digital Production Accountable for gathering stakeholder requirements and acting accordingly Accountable for communicating briefing deadlines for future releases to relevant stakeholders Accountable for cultivating and maintaining productive relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders Accountable for contributing to the success of the team Required Qualifications & Skills Proven digital experience, essential, within travel industry, beneficial Experience with bespoke ecommerce web applications, highly desirable Experience coordinating teams, either client or agency-side Proven experience of building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, both domestically and internationally Working knowledge of Agile methodology and SCRUM processes Experience with issue tracking software (e.g. JIRA) Awareness of roadmapping tools beneficial (e.g. Roadmunk) Demonstrable experience in working to and achieving project milestones Solution driven approach to problem solving with the ability to use initiative Strong organisation skills with attention to detail Able to work as part of an effective team Methodical approach with the ability to deliver to short deadlines Ability to multi-task Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement and help implement Strong written and spoken English for business use, essential Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint); adept in use of video conferencing tools such as Zoom, essential Aptitude to learn new systems Analytical approach Knowledge of the Disney brand and products and services the Company offers, with the ability to work within brand guidelines Additional Information Flexibility for some travel may be required Contribution to ad-hoc projects as the business requires Flexible hours may be required to meet business needs The Perks 25 days annual leave Private medical insurance & dental care Free Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for free Disney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketing Excellent parental and guardian leave Employee Resource Groups – WOMEN @ Disney, Disney DIVERSITY, Disney PRIDE, ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.
