The SAP S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant will be responsible for helping drive growth, shaping, delivering, and developing our SAP S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Chain opportunities and projects in the UK. Working alongside Capgemini’s team of specialists in SAP S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Chain, you will help develop our opportunity pipeline, bringing your expertise, knowledge, and experience, as well as delivering innovative projects to our clients.
You will have broad capabilities in designing and delivering complex SAP S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Chain solutions across various industry sectors with diverse challenges. You should be able to demonstrate how you have guided clients in understanding and shaping their business needs into SAP solutions that drive positive outcomes. Delivery experience in large, complex, multi-stream projects and broad awareness across supply chain process areas is essential.

Your role:
* Provide Functional Consulting within SAP S/4HANA MM projects
* Lead problem-solving and solutions development for large clients in multiple sectors, working in cross-discipline, agile, distributed teams
* Lead your functional area as an SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant, delivering full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution delivery, and training
* Mentor team members and develop your skills, including knowledge in a second functional module

Your skills and experience:
* Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC projects in MM/P2P roles
* Strong knowledge of best practices and ability to provide business solutions
* Proficiency in SAP MM configuration and experience with SAP Fiori and workflow is advantageous
* Experience in end-to-end S/4HANA or ECC projects involving MM/P2P
* Deep understanding of Procure to Pay, inventory management, and Supplier Relationship Management
* Knowledge of modules like Planning, EWM, and their integration with MM
* Industry experience in sectors like Aerospace, Consumer Products, Pharma, or Manufacturing is a plus
* Interest in SAP's strategic direction and technological innovations
* Commitment to career development and thought leadership in SAP SCM
Security clearance: To be appointed, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, requiring UK residency over the past 5 years and other criteria. Some roles may be restricted to UK nationals.
