THE ROLE
As Director of Sales, you’ll be the driving force behind the hotel’s revenue growth and market repositioning. You will:
* Develop and deliver a comprehensive commercial strategy across Rooms, F&B, Events, and Corporate accounts
* Maximise revenue opportunities and strengthen performance in all key market segments
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team with a culture of excellence
* Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on marketing and growth strategies
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead
