Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house clinical team at The Shires – Oakham / Stretton, Rutland. The postholder will work with the school’s Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Clinical Lead, dividing time between clinical leadership and a therapy caseload. The aim is to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex profiles of need arising from autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH. Meeting EHCP needs will be a primary focus, with a target-led approach embedded in our clinical practice.
Location: The Shires Stretton / Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands LE15 7GT / LE15 6JB. The role is part of our Options Autism brand and supports young people aged 11–19.

Responsibilities
* Lead and line-manage the on-site clinical team in collaboration with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
* Split time between clinical leadership and delivering a therapy caseload.
* Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH, and related needs.
* Coordinate service development of the school-based clinical service and participate in safeguarding and multidisciplinary collaboration.
* Support pupils to flourish and grow in independence within an education setting.
* Contribute to meeting EHCP needs through the OFG clinical framework (all/group/individual approaches).
* Collaborate with education teams to maintain a person-centred, empowering approach.
Essential Criteria
* Degree qualification in a specific discipline.
* Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., BPS).
* Experience within the specialist client group (autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs).
* Clear and concise report writing for clinical and research activities.
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing clinical service.
* Experience of multidisciplinary work with teams or services within the designated specialty (preferred).
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Requirements
