On behalf of our client based in Ballymena, we are recruiting for a full-time Accounts Assistant role, Monday to Friday.
Job Duties:
* HP Liabilities: Maintenance of HP liability schedule, reconciliation, transaction descriptions, monthly charts, and Sage postings.
* GMR & Supplementary Declarations: Completion and timely reporting of paperwork.
* Purchasing: Engage with production teams, manage Kanban system, ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, and perform supplier comparisons.
* Inventory Management: Assist with inventory oversight and reporting.
* OFI Reporting: Weekly OFI charts and OGI reporting assistance.
* Production Operations Reporting: Assist in report building and production.
* Performance Packs & Budgeting: Assist in preparing business performance reports and budgets.
* Monthly Reporting: Support month-end reporting and stock journals.
* Other Tasks: Maintain high quality standards, participate in weekly meetings, and support additional business tasks.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player attitude.
