Overview
My client is looking for their next Senior HR System Analyst to join them within the Education Sector. They implemented Oracle HCM in 2018 and are planning upgrades and moving all modules onto Redwood in the next couple of years. You will be part of managing and maintaining the HR system, mobile applications and ensure effective system release management.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and maximise use of HR modules - including core HR, Payroll, absence, learning and development.
* Ensure that system processes facilitate the delivery of high calibre HR transactional processes.
* Provide business as usual support to the Human Resources team and employees in the wider University on the HR System (ERP).
* Assist with project-based activity related to upgrades and enhancements.
Requirements
Oracle HCM experience is a must. Experience with HR systems administration, release management and supporting HR processes in a university/education environment is desirable.
